The Home Depot partnered with Pivotal Retail Group to create program oversight and management for the new Consolidated Reset initiative. Prior to this program, THD was experiencing high transit costs, tollgate violations, unclear communication paths, and inadequate planning and execution.
Pivotal served as the change management agent by assembling an 80-person team of embedded employees that helped plan and execute departmental resets in accordance with the new timeline and rollout schedule. This project planning and execution program provided implementation oversight for 48,000 store-level projects annually.
